Normally we like to do all the smoothie making for our customers ourselves. But on this particular blog post we would like to make an exception and share with you a delicious smoothie recipe you can make at home.
It uses simple ingredients, packs a powerful and healthy punch and is relatively easy to make. You get your vitamin A and C as well as healthy nut protein, not to mention a filling and tasty experience.
INGREDIENTS
1 medium banana
1 cup unsweetened vanilla or plain non-dairy milk or whole milk
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Directions:
Like we said, this one is very simple and very refreshing. Feel free to experiment by adding in flavors such as cinnamon, honey, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
You can use this smoothie as a snack or as a meal-replacement. That is your call. You can use your favorite blender or food processor.
The goal of any smoothie should be to get a great tasting yet healthy snack or meal. It is important not to add fake ingredients or modified flavoring. We like to keep any ingredients going into our body all-natural.
