As you are all too aware, many of the events planned for this summer have been canceled due to the virus. But, in this article we will be featuring a handful of events that seems to still be good to go.
As the summer rolls on and more people come out of quarantine, you will see more events taking place. Many events, however, will stay cancelled because they take so much prep that there simply isn’t enough time to get them done.
Here are some events that probably will be happening in the OBX
Hukilau Surf Camp
This weekend! Saturday June 13, 2020.
Entering its 21st year this surf camp teaches youngsters how to surf the waves. Camp Director Steve has taught well over 1000 campers how to surf.

Outer Banks Soccer Fest
This weekend, June 13-14, 2020.
Small Sided Tournament! Ages u9-u12 Boys & Girls. Tournament features high quality fields, trainers on-site, and soccer gear vendors.

Summer Youth Sailing Camp
The Outer Banks Community Sailing Program will be having their sailing camp June 19, 2020 – August 7, 2020 on every Friday. Nine, five-day sessions are offered from June 15 through August 7, 2020.
No previous experience needed. Beginner to intermediate welcome. Learn to sail and most importantly have fun!
